The apartments “EDI HOUSE” are situated on the eastern face of Elba Island, on the border with a natural park, in a tranquil woodland just 1 km. from the town center of Capoliveri, and more or less the same distance in the opposite direction to the sandy beach of Naregno.

The apartments: Maestrale, Scirocco and Grecale, consist of 1 two bedroom apartment and 2 three bedroom apartments. These are sumptuously furnished and particularly well kept, they are immersed in the Mediterranean vegetation, which offers to our guests a peaceful atmosphere for a relaxing stay.

 The proprietor of the house occupy’s the adjacent villa, and thanks to there constant presence and willing assistance, guests are guaranteed the best care throughout the year.

The apartments “EDI HOUSE” have been recently renovated and open year round. Equipped to accommodate small groups even during the winter months. The apartments have a system of floor heating which has an innovative ecological feature, giving each apartment a particular warmth that is naturally pleasing, and fed by solar panels with a hot water condensation tank. All the windows are double paned.
